Once you have completed the Group Inquiry Form, your personal Group
Coordinator will contact you to discuss your group travel plan. You will be
assigned a service code. Use this Service Code whenever you or your group
members contact us. This will ensure that you are properly credited for all
your efforts.
All you need to do after designing your exclusive itinerary is to recruit
group members. As Group Leader, you have a great deal of flexibility in
making your group's reservation. You may choose to handle it with us on
behalf of your group members, or simply have members contact us directly.
Once your group members secure their reservations, your responsibilities
are essentially over. Relax and enjoy your well-earn free trip! Your
full-time Tour Manager will take over at the point your group arrives China
